Abuse of promotional offers — including multi-accounting, use of automated betting systems, or collusion — will result in cancellation of the bonus, recovery of any winnings derived from the bonus, and may result in permanent account closure.

Your continued use of pk336 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to pk336's licensing jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact pk336 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. pk336 is committed to resolving complaints promptly and fairly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral body. Nothing in this clause limits pk336's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
